Which applies to you? * Registered migration agent You hold a current MARN issued by OMARA. Australian legal practitioner You hold an unrestricted practising certificate. Since 22 March 2021 you no longer need OMARA registration to give immigration assistance.

MARN (migration agents) Seven digits. We check it against the OMARA register. Practitioner number (lawyers) Admitted in (lawyers) Registration or certificate expires * We suspend a profile automatically the day this passes. Registration is annual.

I confirm I am currently entitled to give immigration assistance in Australia as a registered migration agent or as an Australian legal practitioner with an unrestricted practising certificate. I hold current professional indemnity insurance. I will comply with the Code of Conduct (or the Legal Profession Uniform Law as applicable), including the requirement to give a consumer guide and a written service agreement before any immigration assistance, and not to take money before that agreement is in place. I will not guarantee any visa outcome, imply any relationship with the Department of Home Affairs or OMARA, or solicit payment outside the platform. I have read the terms and privacy policy.
