저희는 문을 열었으며, 테스트 기간 동안 모든 것이 무료입니다. 등록 이민 대리인(registered migration agent)과 호주 법률 실무자(Australian legal practitioner)는 지금 가입하기, and the 가이드, 비용 계산기 and 징계 결정 are live and free to use. No provider has been verified yet, so a case posted today would not be quoted — that changes the day the first one is. 나중에 얼마가 부과되는지.

How we verify every provider

A badge is only worth what stands behind it. Here is exactly what we check, how often, and what we do not claim.

Before a profile goes live

  1. Credential type. The applicant declares a MARN or an unrestricted practising certificate. There is no third option.
  2. Format check. A MARN is seven digits and the first two are the year of first registration, so an impossible number is rejected before a human ever sees it.
  3. Register check. We look the number up on the OMARA public register and confirm the name matches and the status reads current. For lawyers we check the relevant state or territory register of practitioners.
  4. Documents. Registration certificate or practising certificate, and current professional indemnity insurance.
  5. Expiry recorded. Registration is annual. We store the expiry date, and the platform enforces it whether or not anyone is watching.

After that

What our badge does not mean

Verified means we checked that this person is entitled to give immigration assistance and that their registration was current when we looked. It is 아닌지 a quality rating, an endorsement, a prediction about your case, or a guarantee against a dispute. We are not the regulator and we do not pretend to be.

The register is public. Please check it yourself before you pay anyone anything - portal.mara.gov.au. If what you find there does not match what you see here, tell us immediately.

If something is wrong

Report it to us and we will act, but you have stronger avenues than us and you should use them: complaints about a registered migration agent go to OMARA; complaints about a lawyer go to the legal services commissioner in their state or territory; and conduct by someone who is 아닌지 registered at all is a matter for the Australian Border Force, because it is a criminal offence.
