Points are not eligibility

You also need a positive skills assessment in an occupation on the relevant list, to meet health and character requirements, and to be invited in a round that reaches your score. Plenty of people with 90 points wait a long time, and plenty with 65 never get invited at all. What a score is genuinely useful for is deciding whether it is worth paying for advice yet.
