What the Authority decided

20 October 2025 তারিখে, Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority (the Authority) Registered Migration Agent (RMA), Mr Vipan Sharma (MARN 2217990)-এর নিবন্ধন বাতিল করার সিদ্ধান্ত নেয়।

The Agent must not be registered for a period of five years from the date of the decision.

The Authority is satisfied that:

• The RMA’s application for registration was known by the agent to be false or misleading in a material particular; and

What a cancellation means if this was your agent

What this decision does not mean
